ABOUT US
Our customers are our friends
At Zola’s we care about each and every one of our customers, and we look forward to long-lasting relationships with you.
Our history
Zola’s is owned and operated by Zola Showalter, who began making floral arrangements in 1991 using flowers that grew in her own garden. When her creative designs quickly became popular, she began to offer her arrangements at local craft fairs.
In 1995, Zola was invited to join the Edinburg Village Shop, an artisan’s co-op in Edinburg, Virginia. She spent the next eight years there, working hard and gaining experience. During that time, she hosted five annual open house events at her own home, which she filled with beautiful examples of her work.
In 2003, she opened her own shop at the Dayton Farmers Market, where her creative handiwork is now charmingly displayed for customers to enjoy as they browse through the shop’s rooms.
Talented designer Phyllis Knicely joined Zola’s staff in 2005, and made it possible for Zola to expand and offer more beautiful works of floral art.
Zola is always changing and enhancing the shop to keep its charm new and fresh. Come see it for yourself!
